With 20-minute private GP appointments starting from just £65, and no extra charges for prescriptions, sick notes, or referral letters, we make quality healthcare easy to access. You don’t need to be registered with an NHS GP to use our services, and we welcome new patients, including visitors and tourists. No, a private GP cannot issue an NHS prescription. However, private prescriptions can often be very competitively priced and sometimes even cheaper than NHS prescriptions. Be aware that some medications may be expensive, and you will be asked to pay the actual cost of the drug in such cases.
You can book a follow-up appointment either via phone, or face-to-face. The charge is the same for both options. Please discuss any concerns or preferences you have during your consultation.
Please bring the following to your appointment:
- A list of your current medications, allergies, and significant past medical history.
- Copies of any recent test results from your GP.
- Your current passport if you are attending a pre-employment medical examination for work abroad.
A private GP cannot directly refer you to an NHS consultant; this must be done through your NHS practice. However, your private GP can make a recommendation to your NHS GP if appropriate. Alternatively, private GP can refer you to a private consultant, where you will usually be seen very quickly.
You can request copies of your recent test results from your GP surgery. It is advisable to ask a few days in advance, as the receptionists may need to check with the GP. Alternatively, you can access your results via the NHS app after obtaining the necessary permissions from your NHS practice.
Although fully trained to see patients from birth, our private GP is currently only able to see patients who are 18 years or older due to the registration of the surgery premises.

Private Prescriptions
Prescriptions are part of the consultation; however, clients will need to pay for their medication privately. Our doctors can issue prescriptions for all standard medicines.
Referrals & Fit Notes
Referral Letters, fit notes, and other medical letters can be issued where appropriate. This is part of the consultation fee.
