The Basic Health Check, lasting 15 minutes, includes a thorough medical history and health assessment to identify potential risk factors. During this check, we will measure vital signs such as blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), oxygen saturation, weight, height, and BMI. Additionally, a nutritional review is conducted through a pre-check questionnaire, along with assessments of body fat, visceral fat, and metabolic rate. A mental health questionnaire is also included to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
The Standard Health Check, which takes 30 minutes, encompasses everything included in the Basic Health Check and adds further assessments for enhanced health insights. This check features a urine dip test to evaluate kidney disease risk by checking for blood, leucocytes, and nitrates. Blood tests for cholesterol (HDL/LDL) and blood glucose levels (diabetes check) are also performed, alongside an ECG for cardiovascular assessment and a lung function test to ensure respiratory health.
The Advanced Health Check provides an extensive evaluation over 45 minutes and includes all components of the Standard Health Check. In addition, this package features a haemoglobin test to assess red blood cell levels, a thyroid blood test, and specific checks for menopause and andropause. This comprehensive approach ensures a detailed understanding of your overall health and wellness.
